3600 Cal per day - Need Some Help

    Primal Fuel
Alright, I want to prove to my whole family that I can eat 3600 Calories a Day and still lose 1 to 2 pounds a week.

I can do it on a week where I know I'll be inactive (minus three 30 minute sessions of weight lifting) for further proof that the diet works.

Who's got a list of Low Sugar/High Calorie Foods that I can stuff my face with?

I'm officially an open source platform.

Trader Joe's Applewood Smoked Bacon is 100 Calories per full slice, So I can eat lots of that without feeling full.

Full Avocados are about 300 calories.

Old Time Fat Back Skins Chicharron - Serving Size 0.5 oz, Calories 90, Total Fat 7g (Saturated Fat 2g), Cholesterol 20mg, Sodium 440mg, Total Carbohydrates 0g, Protein 6g. (this one is definitely in)
Chia Seeds (1 oz) is 137 Calories (High omega-3 by the way)

1 Tbsp Sweet Cream Butter is about 100 Cals (gonna use it with my bacon and put a whole tbsp on the bacon afterwords to stick it with the chia seeds!)

    Here's breakfest:
2 tbsp of coconut oil = 232 calories
2 oz of Pork rinds = 320 calories
    6 egg = 462 calories (6 scrambled eggs = 462 calories)
2 cup of Cabot Greek Yogurt plain (10% milkfat) = 589 calories
    Total = 1594

I could eat this and not be completely full.

    I don't know, this isn't something I would do.

Rethink your strategy and come back.

Under normal circumstances I would say this is absolutely true.

I'm looking to gain muscle mass anyway. I wanna see what happens.

I just want to see what calorie intake has to do with my metabolism, plus I can revert back to what I was doing before without any problems.

I can also eat high calorie pre/post workout for added benefit/bonus.

A typical BAS (big @$$ salad) runs me 1,600 cals (6-9 cups baby greens, 1 avocado, 6 hard boiled eggs, 2 cans tuna fish, 4-6 slices bacon, sometimes 1 lb shrimp, EVOO)

2 oz of Pork rinds = 320 calories
Where can I get some organic pork rinds?

Cool, don't like tunafish much, the texture bothers me, yet upon further examination I think I'll try it . 3oz of tunafish is about 122 calories.

Definitely love bacon . The shrimp sounds great too. Would have to bring it to work with me in a sealable container to make this happen.

Also, Fried eggs in bacon fat have more calories, probably worth noting because the calorie density is much higher.

I wont forget to drink water too.

    Keep it going!

You would have to check your local stores. Or you can get them at Amazon (if you have time)

Totally doable. I was taking in 3600 cals on plenty of days while losing weight. I just ran a typical day from last fall through FitDay and came up with about 3700-3800 cals.

Breakfast - 4 eggs in butter, 8-10 slices of bacon, cream in coffee

Lunch - pound of ground beef, mushrooms, tomato sauce, banana peppers, parmesan cheese

Supper - 2 dozen chicken wings (or more) doused in Frank's Hot Sauce & butter

Some days I'd wash it down with a Liquid Fat Bomb for another 800 or so calories.

    Damn man, now I'm hungry.
