How many Brit primal/paleo's out there? page

Hey I'm fairly new to all this. I've been reading about the primal way of life for sometime now but have only committed to it myself for just over 2 weeks. It's all going quite well too.

Anyway, I can see that primal living is really popular elsewhere but I don't see many British primals out there. So come on, check in you Brits and reasure me that I'm not doing this alone.

Just a 'Hi' will do, and maybe which part of the UK would be nice to know. I'm in Southampton!

I've been doing primal for two weeks now and I feel amazing.

Just come back from a 3night trip to Stockholm with my girlfriends.....with the exception of (very expensive!) alcohol, it was a dream.

Love MDA and this forum, although I am mainly a lurker not a poster!

Hey,

I am based in London, and am Primal about 4 weeks now. Love it. It makes total sense to me, after a year or two of searching for a way of eating/living which makes me feel good!

This blog is v funny, if you have a crude sense of humour...modernpaleowarfare.com. Some good recipes too!
