    Count me as well!

From Newport, South Wales and been on the Paleo for 6 months now.

Was at 18% body fat and now, my body fat is at 7%.

Hi! I'm in London, and I've been primal for almost 2 years (with a very long, very bad hiatus in the middle!).

'Ey up, mid Wales here. Got a few friends converted too (more or less) but they don't go on the forums. I've been at it about two and a half years.

Lincoln area for just a few more months. I get the sack, in 4 months, at age 60, so will be moving to find another job.

Good to see there are a few of us enlightened ones about. Not heard any shout outs from the west country yet? I've also just read that Ray Mears endorses the Paleo diet. Good old Ray !

Glasgow here....candidate for most un-primal city in UK surely? 5 weeks in and loving the changes!

    London here.

    Not primal atm, its expensive!
Organic / Wild / Pasture fed - thats Primal.
Primal is a step to a healthier, stronger, longer life with weight reduction as a side effect.
Primal is not just a weight reduction tool.
