Time to really kick it up a notch next week.
I'm gonna switch my workout routine to something a bit more drastic.
Minimalist training 2x a week. I do massage therapy on sundays which uses a lot of core/tai chi like movements.
Routine:
Monday
Squats
Pulldowns
Deadlfts
Seated Chest Presses
Thursday
Lunges
Pull ups (assisted for now!)
Bench press!?!
Sit ups
Switching Post workout to pure protein shake 80g prot 8g sugar
Wait a few hours start eating coconut yogurt/fatty meats
Day after is sweet potato days with pure paleo/primal food
Other days I/F with lots of probiotics/fatty foods.
