Time to really kick it up a notch next week.

I'm gonna switch my workout routine to something a bit more drastic.

Minimalist training 2x a week. I do massage therapy on sundays which uses a lot of core/tai chi like movements.

    Routine:

    Monday
    Squats
    Pulldowns
    Deadlfts
    Seated Chest Presses

    Thursday
    Lunges
    Pull ups (assisted for now!)
    Bench press!?!
    Sit ups

Switching Post workout to pure protein shake 80g prot 8g sugar

Wait a few hours start eating coconut yogurt/fatty meats

Day after is sweet potato days with pure paleo/primal food

Other days I/F with lots of probiotics/fatty foods.

I like that split. Good medicine. Curious to know what weight you're using. But what is a chest press vs. a bench press?

Do you massage therapists ever trade massages? Deep tissue is a great recovery exercise after killing it with compound lifts.

You can check what weight I'm using on my iDoneThis in my sig. I'm keeping an accurate record of what I do now there.

As for massage trading, OMG yes.

Though, I can't stand deep tissure after overworking my muscles to get the soreness. I like milking the tissue during soreness, as it isn't necesarily all the "deep tissue" stuff.

Any other time for trigger point therapy is AWESOME.

Also, I meant to say "SEATED CHEST PRESS." I'll fix it right away.

    Hello again.

Thought I would take a forray into buying some local grass fed beef.

    Here's the problems I face:

    • Not enough freezer space
    • Not close enough to home to buy local
    • The closest one doesn't sell beef by the pound, just by the whole damned cow!
    • Deliveries have to have over 20lbs and the shipping is like, 10$ for some
    • My wife won't even let me think about buying half a damned cow, let alone splitting it, the cost is too much.

Am I really stuck buying the stuff from whole foods this week just because it's the best option I have at the moment?

There are some good sites that sell grass-fed beef (US Wellness is one) and I think you can buy smaller amounts. I would imagine that it comes packed with the appropriate cooling agents.

I am there, if my wife wont let me do this, I might actually get mad.

The problem is I have to spend about $85 in order for it to actually fill the order. Of course it would last me quite a while.
    Pics of the order soon.
