Hello fellow Grokkers!

I recently started taking birth control. I was taking Yazmin a few years ago, but then stopped. I'm on a generic form of Lo-Estrin and I started taking it on Wednesday morning.

On Thursday, I worked out with my kettlebells. Like most of my workouts, it was challenging. Depending on the workout, I might be little sore a day or two post-workout. I've noticed that with a primal/paleo eating style, my recovery is faster than my old way of eating. However, it is Monday and my abdominals are still quite sore. I'm wondering if this has anything to do with my birth control, or did I rub my muscles the "right way" so to speak.
