Currently I usually make a little salad, and in a seperate container I put some pre-cooked steak bits (sometimes chicken) and nuke it for a minute then add it to the salad. Its simple to prepare and super quick which is great for work (and tastes...OK). I know its not super primal with the precooked meats but I'm not extremely wealthy and dont like to spend a lot of time preparing fancy lunches, most of the veggies are organic and wholesome.

I need a few ideas to mix it up for a week or two. Something I can prepare the evening before, and heat up with only a microwave available.
