This thread had some responses that got me thinking. Several people said that they have not fared as well on the Primal Blueprint as others. They have either gained weight or they are feeling horrible on this way of life.
Are there people who actually have adapted to grains, however far and few between they might be?
Of course people should learn to listen to their bodies, which I feel is what Mark encourages, not only through the book, but through MDA. PB is a set of guidelines that one needs to experiment, but what if you are like the OP, or someone else who has tried variations of this and are still not faring well? Is the PB not the guidelines they need to follow?
