It seems that if you help your hormones get to a normal healthy state through a Primal diet, the distribution of fat would be more natural. Nature intended for us, ladies, to have more fat in our mid section, butt, and thighs. I don't really see a need for a fat to be going to your face. On the same token, they say that people who are malnurished and sick usually look very thin in the face. So you can take it as a compliment
