May be a dumb question, but....
If you find yourself at the end of the day and you haven't worked out should you fit a work out in or just go to bed and do it tomorrow?
I'm a newbie and am finding myself in that position tonight. For now I will just go to bed. But is it better to do the work out right before bed or just skip it?
I don't see what it could hurt, but I thought I would get the opinions of people who have more knowledge on the subject.
Right now I do the elliptical @ level 2 ~30 min a day 6x a week and add in some toning and strengthening videos.
Hope to be sprinting soon.
I did take a non brisk mile walk today with the kids at a kid pace.
And also went grocery shopping.
