Well that sucks. I did watch a clip- the tampon scene- and it was cute, but I may not bother tracking it down now. Eh, well. The stills are still hot

The solution for the friend was to induce early. The baby is doing fine

I don't remember what the symptems of leptin resistance are, but I can check that out and maybe look into Peat. Thanks.

So . . . starting small again. My alarm is set for 6 am and I have to wake up long enough to take my first round of supps. If I don't have anything else going on, I can go back to bed- but I have to take the pills. I've also added potatoes to my morning bacon and eggs. Potato slices fried in bacon grease? Perfection! I'm almost out of the home-grown, so I'll be switching to organic- and working harder at my garden next year.

Yeah, so breakfast at your place. Sounds way better than what I am eating.

Bearing in mind that breakfast may occur anywhere between about 6 am and 2 pm. Although to be fair, 6 am doesn't usually get the good breakfast.

    What are you eating?

Three days in and I'm still on plan

Picked up some protein powder things to try. It's not real food, but I'm not eating enough- a good day has two meals- so maybe if I make it super easy to get my protein, I can work on building the energy to get in three meals. (I have done one-meal days successfully, but they're huge meals, and I'm not eating huge meals these days. I think I need to eat more often for a while to get me on track.)

Canned salmon or tuna is an easy go to also for a protein boost. Maybe try to cook double protein so that you will always have left overs. Chop it up, add a vege and sauté w/ eggs or just some broth. Easy peazy! This time of year is so tough with short ass days and then a cold snap to lock you in! Are you still doing the horses?
