Food has been not great, but not terrible. And I'm thinking that the 270# must've been water retention or swelling or something, because the non-official scale is saying more like 260- and they are NOT that different!
So- I really need to go to yoga on Monday, since I haven't been in over a week. I tried on Wednesday, but between the sniffles and the sneezing fit, I gave up. I've been doing a lot of physical things this week, and as exhausted as it makes me, it's nice that I CAN do physical things multiple days in a row. It helps, of course, that I'm doing things I like So, skipping yoga isn't all bad. I probably did 8 hours of horse- which is standing and walking and bending and lifting- and 7 hours of weed pulling, so missing out on 3 hours of yoga isn't terrible. (Got a tip for the weed-pulling. I like them )
