    recipe for chocolate chip cookies?

Craving a cookie right now, but want it to be paleo or primal. I tried a recipe out of 'everyday paleo' the book and didn't care for the cookies. Anyone have a good recipe for some cookies (preferbly with chocolate chips...even though they really aren't technically primal?

    Got this recipe from

1 1/4 cups Almond Meal Flour
    1/8 tsp Pure Baking Soda
    1/8 tsp Salt*
    5 tbsp Unsalted Butter
    3 tbsp Agave Nectar Amber
    2 tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1/3 cup Special Dark Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, set aside. Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl, add to dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Spoon batter onto parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-13 minutes until set and slightly toasty. These will firm up as they cool.

I'm going to be tweeking it this weekend... to see if I can make it w/o agave nectar - and use either stevia or coconut sugar and eggs...
