1. Eat primally. This will help you lose extra fat.
2. Avoid overtraining, especially long runs that will cannibalize your lean muscle. These types of runs also increase cortisol, which triggers storage.
3. Get adequate rest for recovery.
4. Walk hard. This will build your aerobic ability, as opposed to the anaerobic that you will normally work when running.
5. Lift heavy things and sprint.
