I came across this article and found it rather interesting. It goes right along with what Mark was saying about Magnesium in the PB book. I personally have been attempting to increase my Vitamin D, Fish Oil & Magnesium consumption levels daily, since this is indeed a major 'hole' in the average American's diet:
