    Neat Shivery Feeling While Exercising

    Primal Fuel
I've had this experience a few times lately, but today it was pretty pronounced so I thought I'd bring it up.

I was doing push-ups, and they were going really well for me. I've been slowly gaining capacity all around with a combination of PBF bodyweight movements, and some barbell lifts. So there I am on the ground doing push-ups, and all of a sudden I get this really cool shivery feeling. It's like the feeling you get after a good sneeze, and just a little bit sexy but not in an over-the-top way. It happened a few times during my workout, usually about 3 or 4 reps before I had to stop and rest.

Has anyone else had this sort of thing pop up while working out? It's pretty neat, and I'm inclined to chase the feeling some more.

I think you're describing the feeling a man will get sometimes while urinating. Inexplicably, I always got that feeling every time I went swimming as a kid. Never could figure that out. It made it very hard for me to concentrate on swimming.

I have that feeling all the time. Except when I'm on antidepressants, they make me depressed.
In all of the universe there is only one person with your exact charateristics. Just like there is only one person with everybody else's characteristics. Effectively, your uniqueness makes you pretty average.

The funny thing is... I'm no stranger to exercise at all. I guess I get my rush from intense strength work? I guess I'm glad I don't need to run to get it. Running stopped being fun quite a while ago.
