Question Ghee - How to use it?

I tried to use my ghee on some veggies but the "buttery" flavor was too strong to eat them. How do you use ghee? Thanks so much

I use it to cook with (especially at high heats - fried eggs, stir-fries), but I don't usually spread it over vegetables.

Try butter/coconut oil on the veggies, or use a smaller amount of the ghee. Bacon fat is also good on your veg:-)...Rock On with your Grok On!

LOL thanks everyone. I use coconut oil, bacon grease, and lard for my cooking and baking (have for a while now). Just exploring the world of ghee and haven't quite figured it out.

I like it especially for frying game meat and scrambling eggs. And somewhere along the line I've started licking the spoon .
