Primal journal by tainawi
Starting primal lifestyle. My plan for this challenge is to stop eating grains and sugars and doing strenght training twice a week.
First to weeks I will concentrate on getting rid of grains and start taking supplements daily. I will take vitamin complex, omega and some aminoacids.
Today I am going to
- check if my gym membership is valid (atleast I think they still charge me for that)
- get my excersise clothes ready
- gather up all the bottles and jars of supplements
