Recently came upon the concept of "6 degrees of freedom" in regards to bodyweight exercises. I took the 6 degrees, then tried to think up some exercises that applied to each one to establish a better workout program for myself...Please feel free to contribute!

Heaving - Moving up and down
Yawing - Twisting right and left
Swaying - Moving right and left
Lateral High Knees
Pitching - Bending forward and backward
Rolling - Turning right and left
Plyo Air Spins
Surging - Moving forward and backward
I think a few of them overlap, but this is what I could come up with...
