@Glamorama: The workout is broken down into 3 levels , beginner, intermediate, and advanced (the warrior). Each workout in total should take around 18-20 mins. It's a great workout, I took a lot of time putting the actual workout together and testing it out on myself and clients before deciding it was the right one for the video. The DVD breaks down each technique into very fine details. So over all just the technique breakdown portion of the DVD is just over an hour long in total!
