Unfortunately, I read the 30-Day Primal Challenge E-mail near the end of the day. Technically, I'm writing this entry on Day 2 (Sep. 13th). Will post another entry later on tonight as Day 2.
I don't remember what I had to eat today (technically yesterday). Will try to eat more primally before I go to bed. I haven't gone wholly primal as of yet, but I have dabbled in the no grain, low dairy diet for a while.
Here are a few measurements:
  • Weight: 176 lbs.
  • Waist: 38 in.
  • Bicep: 12 in.
  • Thigh: 22 in.
  • Hips: 37 in.
  • Chest: 40 in.
