I have an expresso machine and milk steamer so I can make it at home, so am wondering what would be the best brand of coconut milk to buy to try one out. I imagine it tastes nothing like a regular starbucks vanilla latte, but I should try

Yeah, I'm gonna try those two milks but am doubtful they will taste well in a latte. Worth a shot though. So for milk and cream, is fat free, 2% bad? I have heard conflicting opinions on raw milk and cream. Some people swear by it others say it is too dangerous. My local all natural store stopped carrying it for safety reasons I believe.
I wouldn't go fat-free anything when it comes to dairy! Go full-fat if you have the option.
