My husband orders an iced americano with heavy whipping cream and it pretty much tastes better than any iced latte you could get. If someone wanted it vanilla flavored then they could just bring liquid vanilla stevia and add to taste

is this at sbux? do they charge extra for heaving whipping cream?

I'm still a little confused on milk and the paleo diet. So it is ok if you don't have an autoimmune problem? So I should always stick to heavy cream, full fat milk? this totally goes against what I have been taught. I'm not saying its wrong but I grew up on 1% milk beceause it is lower in fat.

if you're doing paleo, no milk allowed
if you're doing primal, full fat dairy is allowed

so Mark's cookbooks say 'dairy free' on the top of the cover. Yet milk is allowed? For some reason I though paleo and primal were the same thing. I have a few paleo and the primal books on hold at the library. Gonna wait and read those to see

Paleo is Primal's older, more serious brother. Paleo excludes dairy and sugar. Primal is more relaxed.
