    2.75mi today maybe some yoga later since i'm feeling a bit tight from yesterday


    i'm having a huge steak tonight (i've been dry brining it since yesterday) YUM!

    I did a couple of rounds of Tabata sprints home from the incline. I think I may have gotten 8, but I was concentrating more on counting intervals and willing myself not to freeze to death.


    Misa - I checked out dry brining... AWESOME. Wish I had done it with my venison striploin I cooked tonight ;_;


    Have you done it before? Do you follow a certain time to thickness/weight ratio or just let it go overnight?

    @aaron i always dry brine the night before and just put it in a ziploc bag in my fridge then it's perfect the next day. i heated up a cast iron skillet until it smoked and threw the steak on and put it straight under the broiler for 4min on each side. perfect medium rare for an 8oz steak and has that nice char on both sides from the cast iron

    Cold weather ruined my original met-con Fortunately the brother inspired me to do some infamous chinups and planks instead. Ah, family!
