Road to SUCCESS- GIROWN
I am committed to this 30 day challenge. I am giving up grains, and sugars for this month!
I know that I am going to follow this plan!
Background: 18 years old, 6' 1", a freshman in university. Workout 2 to 3 times a week and run 4 times a week.
Today I started off bad :/
L: Rudy's Turkey Sandwich with some Sissy Sauce ( I didn't read the nutrition info before putting some. I realized it had 8 carbs per 2 tbsp. I at least put like 3 or 4 servings :/)
S: Smoothie ( Frozen Mango, 1 banana, 6 strawberries, milk, some sugar)
D: Barbacoa Tacos. with some salsa!
No breakfast for me...I'm never hungry or have time for that.
this is my road...come on board and help me out!
Today I ate
B: Mango, Banana, Milk Smoothie
L: Sandwich with lettuce, tomato, cheese, ham
I'm going to run at my park tonight.
