I accepted this year's primal challenge with a friend and am so excited and committed to living well. My friend chose the "squatting" mini-challenge so that got me thinking about my challenge. I have decided that my mini-challenge will be to feed my kids primal for the next 30 days! I have been enjoying a primal lifestyle for some time with fantastic results and want my kids to enjoy the health benefits of primal eating.

Today's Plan:
B-chard & green cabbage sauteed with bacon grease, garlic & onion; topped with pumpkin, sesame & poppy seeds and leftover roast chicken (grain-fed of course).
S-almonds
L-seed cracker w/cashew butter
D-chicken salad w/tons of veggies & seeds
