    12:30-11pm.
    After dinner, I had a craving for more kabocha squash for dessert but I denied myself kabocha squash and ended up eating a bunch of macadamia nuts. This resulted in heightened caloric intake due to fat. Next time I want kabocha squash I'm just going to eat kabocha squash because I love kabocha squash. I always end up eating extra calories when I deny myself the stuff I want to eat and eat other stuff. Fix this in the future!

    6:30pm: Squat day. Box squat 120 3x5. Front lunge 100x8, 80x8, 80x10. OHP 50 3x5.

    10pm: Ran 2 miles easy. There was dull pain in my right achilles tendon.

    6:30pm: Deadlift 155lbs 3x5. My form is good on 155 so I'll go up next week. Sumo 135lbs 3x10. Chins BWx3, BWx3, BWx3. I feel like my strength is returning! Right achilles pain still there.
