Here we go!!!! I'm excited to see the changes the next month will do! I took measurements today, along with weighing myself. My goal is: lose 6 lbs (150) and 1 inch off the waist (29.25).

B- 2 eggs, mushroom, onion, bell pepper with 1/8 cup blueberries

S- 2 celery stalk and 2 tbspn almond butter

L- 4 oz lam burger (made myself with pesto sauce, feta cheese and basil) in lettuce and red onion, with 1 cup vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrot)

S- 1 hard boiled egg and 1 white and 10 almonds
