Been watching an reading the Daily Apple for a whilevand dabbling in PB but now launching in with combo of the Challenge and my birthday for motivation
I'm training for Ironman new Zealand in march next year but use a high quality/ low volume approach so looking forward to seeing how PB will work with that. Typically, IM training leads to high simple CHO intake as you crave simple quick turbo energy. I'm thinking PB style will dull that
Keeping PB in a house full of school kids will be a trick too as school lunches and snacks tend to be 'science not food'
Stress and food are linked for me so I'm concentrating on slowing down my life via PB which will result in less stress driven sugar and coffee cravings
Looking forward to it
Thanks to everyone who posts their 'journey', they're great reads and inspiring plus full of practical examples of change
Welcome! Good luck on the Challenge and on the Ironman.
