Sauerkraut Salad--You Are So Good!
I'd seen that a couple people on the board put Sauerkraut on their salad, and that got me thinking and searching and turns out there are a good number of recipes for sauerkraut salads. As a girl who's currently not in the mood for traditional leafy salads, this is floating my boat
My first one is modified form the most popular one I found: Sauer kraut, onion, carrot, and and celery with a good splash of olive oil mixed throughout and a sprinkle of mustard seeds. Delicious!!
Other sauerkraut salad recipes to try include include:
Orange-carrot
Creamy ham
Creamy dill potato
Herbed apple
Anyone else have versions they enjoy?

Not sauerkraut, technically, but for cabbage-based goodness I've been making the occasional batch of coleslaw - shredded cabbage, carrots, onions (and any other veggies, like zucchini, peppers, garlic, etc), with a light dressing of a bit of mayo, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder...etc.
