Doing the 30 day primal challenge. My goal is to be able to fit in to my kilt by the Highland games on the 15th. This means dropping about 10-15 more lbs.

I started Primal last week and went from 220 to 215. My goal weight is 185. I've started and stopped multiple times but this time I am pledging to myself that I will not stop. My fiance is with me all the way and we have made a household pledge to not bring crap food in to the house.

Along with the challenge I am totally giving up alcohol and switching coffee to tea.
