New to Primal but not totally new to the lifestyle. 4 years ago I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. My symptoms were fairly mild at first. I went on a "caveman diet" with my husband (who has gout) and we started taking Karate lessons as well. I lost 30 lbs. and felt fantastic!! My other motivation for doing this was my oldest daughter's wedding and I really wanted to lose weight for that. Well shortly after the wedding we fell off the wagon. I have slowly gained back all my weight and my fibro symptoms have returned with a vengence. So back to Primal I go...I downloaded the book on my Kindle, including both cook books. This is it...there is no going back.
