    I have been about 90% primal for about 3 weeks. At this minute i am 179.......Have been up to 185 before I started doing primal. This morning i was 177 and ready to take the challenge. I need a lot of encouragement because I live in a household where the other three humanoids are addicted to casein and gluten. Challenge starts in a few hours.

    First morning without creamer in the coffee.....it will take some getting use to. Hope the cold shower continues to work. Have been on the cold showers for one week and it really seems to work.....maybe it is just psychological but hey, whatever works

    Snack today - left over chicken from the night before.

    Lunch - Tuna Salad from the Primal blueprint cookbook. Wow.....miss the bread....well maybe not but they taste just as good as a lettace wrap.

    Great idea......I have coconut milk but it has cane sugar in it.

    Today has been a good day food wise....trying to get use to coffee with no creamer but i will find that coconut creamer if it kills me. apples bananas and vitamins for lunch. Almonds and bacon for a snax. London broil and broccoli with almond sauce for dinner. emmmmmmmmm

    Trying to figure how to play tonight....we will see what pans out.

    Just search for "coconut crack creamer recipe." It is very easy to make and keeps well for at least a week.

    Last night had to modify my workout because of a very slight shoulder issue that will not go away.
    2 sets of 50 step two push ups
    2 sets of 50 step 3 squats
    2 sets of 15 step 2 jackknife presses - I think these are the ones that kill my shoulder
    2 sets of 90-45-45 planks.

    Starving today....just coffee and water until lunch at 1PM.......yikes........wish i could actually food deprive for a day or at least 18 hours.....but....I love food.

    Great success on this program.......want more variety.....ordered Primal comfort foods but the food from the other cookbooks have been great. Just ordered the 21 day transformation. Cant wait. Really feel good. I dont know how much better i can look. Love handles are gone. Eating what I want in the context of the primal blueprint. Now to get my life back on track
