    Ok day 1 finished with success!
    B - 3 eggs, spinach, butter, ketchup, garlic (standard bfast)
    L - Chipotle fajita bowl, carnitas, peppers, onions, tomatoes, sour cream, cheese, no beans/rice
    S - Chicken salad, almonds
    D - Southwest chicken salad with extra chicken salad on top
    S - Almond butter with some coconut dream (coconut oil and cocoa)

    Yesterday, day 2, not bad:
    B - 3 eggs, bacon, green chile
    L - Chinese chicken, no rice, eggroll, hot and sour soup, fortune cookie (Confucius say, just read fortune, don't eat cookie)
    S - macadamia nuts
    D - smoked sausage, spaghetti sauce, Caesar salad, 1/4 garlic bread,
    S - Salami and cheese, almond butter

    Daily Walking: X X

    Day 9
    Last week started off great then crash n burn. Oh well, time to move forward and focus on this week.
    Here's yesterdays stuff:
    B - 3 eggs, bacon, green chile, cheese
    L - Panda express, veggies, mandarin chicken no sauce, kung pao chicken
    S - macadamia nuts
    D - salad bar, broccoli cheese soup, small cheat for dessert (fro yo with a couple bites of apple crisp)
    S - Cottage cheese, almond butter
    Weekly Workout Tracking:

    2 Weight Lifts:
    Daily Walking: X
