I thought I would start to gather what I have learned and chart my progress through the Primal Blueprint journey. I gathered some pictures this morning and posted them on the blog - pre-gluten-free, kind of gluten-free, and then almost primal. I think the difference is pretty noticeable. Let me know what you think (be nice -those are some not very flattering pics, LOL). I am 51 (next week) by the way.

Mark, if you (or someone else) can send me whatever stuff I need to post your book pic and description, I will be glad to add it. I'm new at this blog stuff and really just started it for myself, but I have so many people asking me questions, it might be nice to point them to my site. I've already added links to your blog and several others that promote the primal lifestyle.

I added the first couple of recipes tonight. I adapted a chocolate gateau recipe from Livable Low Carb. Not entirely primal, but a good treat with good ingredients. The best recipe is for stir-fried bokchoy - yum!

If you like food porn, I added a recipe (and pic) for Beef Chuck with Wine Sauce on my blog site. It was so good as were the mashed butternut squash and turnips!
