The other night I went to Victory 44 and ordered the burger...sans the bun (and cheese...casein is bad for me) and bit into it and realized it was the best burger of my life....when I asked why it was so amazing the waiter told me that it was 20% bacon. The french fries also had some bacon and rosemary...I don't usually do fries...but there was the bacon to consider.

Pork Cheeks were also on the menu and were melt in your mouth delicious.

the cheeks of the pig...face not buttocks...they have the other cheeks too.

They had a sign with a pic of a pig beneath it...."Praise the LARD"

I never used to like bacon...but in the the last month or so have come to appreciate and then love bacon.
