I've had a change of location recently and have had to change my routine up.

I've been doing one weight session/week, one bodyweight session (pistols, HSPU's, Pull ups, Push ups etc...), One KB or Sandbag work out for conditioning, and a sprint session on the concept II. I like to randomly throw in some skill work for my long term goals of a Planche push up, human flags, and a front lever.

I'm curious about what everybody else is doing on an average week?
