    54.6g 2 tortas fritas fried in tallow (1 cup flour=95g carbs = 7 tortas, 1 torta=27.3g)

    0g 2 sausages

    Dinner: 44.7g
    10.0 g chinese stir fry (zucchini (med=6.7g), bell pepper(med=7.1g) , soy sprout 1cup=6g) = 20g/2

    celery w / cream cheese

    2 servings fruit salad
    small piece of choc

    Tea:
    half a slice of white bread
    50 g of apple pie

    Dinner:
    can of sardines
    1 slice of top-heavy pizza
