new to the forum, not to the lifestyle
Hi, my name is Sharee. I have been 80% primal for going on 4 years now. I am using this 30 Day Challenge to make the transition to 100% primal. I had a baby at the end of June and even though I am only 5lbs from pre-pregnancy weight, I feel like I could stand to look better. My boyfriend is a work out-aholic and super fit since introducing him to the PB lifestyle, and keeps rubbing in in my face. I plan to show his ass up! Any advice and encouragement would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
