So quick update, i did the primal lifestyly about 12 months ago, had some great sucess, dropped 2 stone, muscle definition increased plus all the other benefits.
Came off it and did reasonably okay, but after 3 months of partying my body feels wrecked and its time for some action. So i will be going primal from today also with the fitness included.
I am a geek with records/diaries etc. Can anyone point me in the direciton of a spreadsheet to record food eaten, exercises completed, etc.
