Just joined! Actually was briefly on the page a couple of weeks ago and rode through the WOD in Tower Grove while I was coming home from the bike races. Now that the season is over expect to see me there from time to time.
Trying a journal. We'll see how long that lasts....

Other side of the park, but still walkable. Great folks there. So happy they are doing well and moved into their new digs (100' closer to me!)

Spring Rolls... The reason 80/20 exists.
We went a couple times. I know RFT loves Bahn Mi So #1's spring rolls, and the owners are awesome, but I really found Pho Grand's spring rolls to be superior.

Also, their lotus root salad, which I don't seem to find outside St. Louis. And the pho, which I do find outside St. Louis, but it's still not as good as the stuff at Pho Grand. Pho Grand was where I learned to love the nasty bits!

Went to my first WOD in Tower Grove Park this evening and had a blast. You are completely right. Great people. I'm looking forward to more events.

Hey guys I just moved to STL from Texas and looking to meet other Paleo peeps. I interestingly just heard about Paleo, but have been eating like this for the past 10 years without knowing it. I do eat a bit more carbs because I just can't seem to gain weight, so I guess my body is much less insulin resistant than most.

Anyways, I'm 32yo and living downtown STL. If you guys have meetups in the area, let me know.

Prima Living STL on MeetUp.com. Pretty active group, good amount of meetups/activities.
