Well, mark sells protein powder. So I guess its Primal.
I would throw an egg yolk or two in the mix.
And a bit of coconut oil

    My protein drink recipe...

    1 scoop of the powder
    Raw goat milk
3 tablespoons of Nutiva coconut oil
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 egg yolks (I cook the whites later and eat them.)

If I'm out of goat milk, I just use a 50-50 mix of water and coconut milk as a substitute.

I sometimes mix in coconut milk with water instead of milk as well with frozen tropical fruit/pineapple and you have healthy pina colada. yummy
