    Levels of anti-nutrients in foods

Can anyone recommend sources to find out the levels of anti-nutirents (lectins, sapponins, phytates, etc.) in foods? It's easy to find out how much nutrition foods have, but not how much anti-nutrients they have. Also, I am interested in finding out the levels of anti-nutrients in the raw vs. the soaked/sprouted/fermented/cooked forms of food. Thx for any help.

That would be a handy resource, but I don't know of a place that has it all.
    Ancestral Health Info

I design websites and blogs for a living. If you would like a blog or website designed by someone who understands Primal, see my web page.

Primal Blueprint Explorer My blog for people who are not into the Grok thing. Since starting the blog, I have moved close to being Archevore instead of Primal. But Mark's Daily Apple is still the best source of information about living an ancestral lifestyle.

I'd also love info on this. I think this belongs in the Nutrition forum though...
