I definitely found the site overwhelming. The thing I did was sign up for the newsletter and that got me the free ebooks. Read those. Then it was easier to pick and choose where to go from there. I didn't venture into the forums till I had a decent handle on the basics. I have found that while all well meaning (I am sure) that some of the advice does veer away from the original principles, so I take it with a grain of salt.

a 2week holiday in the Greek Islands sounds like the perfect place to get back in touch with a healthy relationship with food. I am jealous!
