My parents jumped into Primal pretty quickly after I started in January. My dad is 65 and has had a history of raised cholesterol but no heart attack. They probably eat 90% primal if not better. They do include dairy and regular bacon and are not buying grass-fed meats. He is still having some back and knee pain and has asked my advice. I suggested 30 days without dairy and nightshades to see if those may be giving him issues. But he is also still taking his statin medication. I have sent several links to studies showing there uselessness to no avail (although I'm not real sure he has read them). Do you guys think that could be contributing to his aches?
