I just got back a couple other blood tests, and my Vitamin E looks fine I think, 8.6 mg/L with a reference of 3.0-15.8. My Vitamin A is within the normal range according to the criteria on my lab sheet, but I'm thinking their reference should be higher. My Vitamin A level was 28 ug/dL, reference 19-83, and this is after 5 months of taking cod liver oil daily. Is this a low number? What is optimal for these vitamin levels?
