AFTER THE DEBAUCHERY: DAY ONE
Well, it was not quite debauchery. One carbohydrate heavy lunch, three-quarters of a soda, half a child's size gelato, and four cinnamon bears were enough to render me so ill that I could not continue. So the massive water retention I expected never received the fuel with which to create itself.

What have I done to my body? I used to stare 250-300 grams of carbohydrates in the face without fear every single day.

I love the time he (I guess) takes in contemplating his jumps. The height. The angle. The approach. And how he is so often successful.
And then I compare it to my darling Primal Coach Kitty, who spent five minutes in contemplation yesterday before jumping squarely on my keyboard.

And upwards I spiral . . . this is after returning to primal on Saturday, with the exception of a handful of cinnamon bears and Reese's Pieces and two tempura shrimp.
