    On an unrelated note, I have never seen more roadkill than I did in Wisconsin. Does anyone have any hypotheses as to why? Here are the ones I have (since I can't seem to get my ass in gear to finish that damn book):

    A: Wisconsin has a very serious mental health problem with suicidal deer and raccoons.
    B: Wisconsin never cleans up its roadkill, so I was just seeing the build-up over a long period of time.
    C: Wisconsin drivers aim FOR animals crossing, instead of AWAY from them.

    I will GP...I loves da white stuff! And my non primal hubby is allergic to regular chocolate. Poor thing. So I buy lots of white chocolate stuffs for him. White chocolate covered pretzels, white chocolate covered almonds, white chocolate chip cookies, etc etc...

    I think I would be less offended by white chocolate if they called it something like cocoa butter candy. Calling it chocolate when there are no lovely cocoa solids in it makes me a sad owl. It's not the taste of it, it's the deception that gets me.

    I like white chocolate, but not all on its own. I like it drizzled on things or in things like white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. Or - and these are the best - as the inside or outside of Lindt chocolate truffle balls.
