    No breakfast hunger!!!!!

    I go to university and I never get hungry in the morning. I don't regularly eat breakfast during the week because I am not hungry!

    I usually just eat 2 meals a day. Usually a salad with chicken and roast beef and tomatoes. I like it.
    Then whatever my mom makes. I do have a cappucino or a white chocolate mocha from starbucks every morning.

    What do you think guys? Starvation Mode?

    Having the cappucino or white chocolate mocha every morning will definitely not making you hungry for a while as they contain calories. I don't think you're in starvation mode though. Why are you concerned about starvation mode? Worried about muscle loss? What are your goals?

    my goals is to lose weight! I'm also working out like 3 or 4 times a week for an hour.

    lol starvation mode. if there were such a thing, there's no way we'd have survived as a species.

    breakfast makes no sense from an evolutionary perspective, and you could even extend that to lunch, and often, dinner.

    once you've adapted to not eating for long periods of time, you'll find the catecholamine train is a super fun ride, and very useful in certain situations (like a physically stressful work environment)

    I would get rid of the cappucino and mocha in the morning then. Have black coffee/espresso/tea (no cream or sugar added) instead.

    Chao dude that is how my day goes by!! I usually get hungry sometimes...then other times I just don't get hungry.

    JO: I usually get the cappucino since its only around 20 carbs and its delicious. I figured that if i would get an espresso or coffee I would have to add milk, sugar, and other stuff. So it would be the same as a cappucino but not as delicious.

    I remember that in the book it says not to pass 100 grams of carbs per day. Does it matter where they come from? I don't usually eat bread but once in a while since I'm in a rush, I do eat it. Will it backtrack me?

    Also sometimes my mom makes chicken with corn and other veggies not permitted. Should I eat it?
    Please understand I'm a college freshman and sometimes I don't eat because of time or I hang with friends and eat crap or drink beer. Any tips for that?

    With what you are currently doing, are you losing the weight?

    Hmmm...well I'm still around the same man. I used to do the 4 hour diet which said that I should have a day off where you eat whatever you can! I still have that stupid mindset and I still do it on a Saturday.

    but I feel more energized and feel healthier...you can say. Apart from that I am getting a bit more cutter from my upper body, however, my stomach still shows.
    IDK what to do anymore....

    But it doesn't sound like these choices are helping you lose weight.

    OR, cut something out. Get rid of the veggies not permitted. Eat veggies that are permitted instead. You will have to change something if you want to lose the weight, otherwise, accept that you are not losing weight.
