Leptin reset question
So I've been trying the 50g(ish) protein for breakfast with no carbs. I don't get hungry again until about 3:00. So here's my question. Am I better off eating less for breakfast so I can have lunch at a more normal time? Or should I eat a little more for breakfast and try to just eat 2 meals a day, waiting to eat again until dinner?
