I do 3/4 of P90X videos on mon. wed. (the back/arm workouts) then i do INSANITY 2 times a week as well. I like insanity as it is only 35-40 min long.
I usually just did the weight workouts, i skipped the Yoga/kenpo/Cardio
I kept in the plyo
I think the cardio X is a waste of time, your better off doing a HIIT session.
